What you will be working on:
  • Conduct research to surface new perspectives and deepen our understanding of critical public sector issues, particularly in the domains of social and economic policy
    • Present research insights through effective learning materials in support of the capability development for public officers
    • Work closely with external domain experts, public sector leaders and Learning and Development Specialists on the content development of programs, seminars and roundtables
What we are looking for:
  • Experience in a policy role and/or research would be advantageous
    • Experience or passion in learning and development (e.g. facilitation, programme development and design)
    • Ability to work independently, as well as to be an effective team player to drive projects from conceptualisation to delivery
