**Responsibilities**:

- Identify strategic drivers’ outcomes and provide policy direction on the organisation’s Economic Policy agenda.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop policy alignment, research and date analysis.
- Review Economic Policies, Policy variations/updates and research plans in line with the organisation’s overall strategic outcomes.
- Progression policies for the engagement and development of workers.
- Assess and identify areas for strategic policy reviews, determine review scope and supervise the conduct of reviews.
- Shape or conduct studies to deepen understanding of manpower issues and gain insights on effectiveness of the organisation’s initiatives.
- Provide policy support for organisation’s participation in national platforms where economic policies are deliberated.

**Requirements**:

- Possess the relevant qualification and experience in economic policies deliberation and formulation.
- Strong leadership and supervisory track record.
- High level of integrity and dependability, resonate with the organisation values of servant leadership.
