Roles and Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all facility operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and effective service delivery.

Act as the main liaison between facility management, contractors, and building users for operational matters.

Monitor and manage the performance of on-site teams (technicians, cleaners, security, etc.), ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety standards.

Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.

Conduct routine inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and compliance with regulations.

Maintain accurate records of incidents, maintenance activities, and shift handovers.

Support the implementation of operational policies, procedures, and improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.

Prepare and submit shift reports, including recommendations for process improvements.

Foster a positive and productive work environment, providing guidance and support to team members.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.

At least 5 years of relevant experience in facility or operations management, with prior supervisory or managerial responsibilities.

Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance processes, and workplace safety.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability perform rotating shift, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
