Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Ops & Customer Success team member to join WeCare. This role will manage product operations, support client onboarding, and ensure customer success through proactive engagement and support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and passionate about leveraging technology to improve eldercare.
Key Responsibilities
Product Operations
Set up and maintain product demo and testing environments.
- Document workflows, FAQs, and product training materials.
- Coordinate with the product team on smooth rollouts, feature updates, and issue resolution.
Customer Success
Serve as the first point of contact for clients and users.
- Provide troubleshooting and guidance for hardware and software issues.
- Collect customer feedback, track recurring issues, and channel insights back to the product team.
- Build relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Implementation & Onboarding
Support onboarding activities such as installation, configuration, and training.
- Guide clients step-by-step to ensure successful adoption of WeCare solutions.
Cross-Team Coordination
Collaborate with operations and product teams to improve customer experience.
- Monitor and track support tickets, ensuring timely closure and follow-up.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in product operations, customer success, or technical support (healthcare or SaaS experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts simply.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in solving problems.
- Familiarity with SaaS, IoT, or healthcare technology is advantageous.
