Main purpose of the role:

This role involves providing legal expertise in derivatives and structured products, ensuring the smooth execution of transactions and compliance with relevant regulations.

• Provide legal support and advice on derivatives and structured products transactions.

• Draft and review legal documents, ensuring the production of high-quality first drafts.

• Assess capacity and authority considerations in transactions to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate effective transaction execution.

• Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting derivatives and structured products.

Person specification:

• 4 to 5 years PQE with derivatives and structured products expertise.

• Proven ability to produce high-quality first drafts of legal documents.

• Understanding of capacity and authority considerations in transactions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
