Contract Duration: 11 months

Working Days & Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6.30pm

Join a dynamic media operations team and play a key role in managing media contracts, inventory, and system administration for a leading transit advertising subsidiary. This is an 11-month contract with exposure to end-to-end media coordination and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities:

Contract Management

  • Develop and maintain standardized media confirmation templates.
  • Record all contract details and rates accurately in ACE Hub/Broadsign, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to validate media inventory availability.
  • Oversee end-to-end creation and execution of contracts and bookings for the Media team.
  • Manage reservations, amendments, late amendments/cancellations, and compensation contracts.
  • Verify all signed contracts prior to campaign installation.
  • Monitor upfront payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
  • Ensure In-Principle Approval (IPA) is obtained for unsigned contracts before campaign commencement.

Other Duties / System Administration

  • Create and maintain media space, inventory, types, and packages.
  • Administer ACE Hub modules including Company Master, Campaign Master, Media Inventory, Media Type, Contracts, Billings, and Credit Notes.
  • Conduct training sessions for internal teams and stakeholders on ACE Hub functionalities and best practices.
  • Initiate and manage requests related to Digital Services Management (DSM) and Identity Management (IdMS).
  • Support and execute ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
