Job Description -  ESD Teachers:

• Attend required orientation sessions and shadow teaching sessions to understand the flow of a lesson

• Attend training sessions / meetings on a weekly basis (exact date & time confirmed based on your availability)

• Carry out the lessons, following the Step-by-Step Scripted Curriculum designed and developed by the Company

• Collect teaching material kits, Step-by-Step Scripted Curriculum, teaching props, a portable Chromebook/iPad, and other materials to use during classes

• Manage children's engagement throughout the lessons and ensure classroom disciplines.

• Expose and encourage children to immerse in storytelling, play acting, and story-drama using storybooks, music & movement, and dramatic play

Requirements:

• Supportive, friendly and outgoing personality

• Previous experience teaching young children

• Able to commit till the end of 2026 and beyond

• On-the-job training will be provided if necessary

• NAC-Approved Instructor is a plus

Working hours:

•  Afternoons from about 4PM - 6PM during weekdays at preschools.

Benefits & Locations

• Competitive teaching rate starting from $55.00 per hour (including CPF)

• Additional large-class bonus of $15 per day if the enrollment number is met
