Court Support Executive

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Court Support Executive. You will provide frontline and administrative support for court processes and assist members of the public with legal applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform onsite counter duties and handle enquiries on court applications.
  • Assist self-represented individuals with Probate, Mental Capacity Act, and Adoption matters.
  • Process court orders and administrative tasks within set timelines.
  • Handle high volumes of eLitigation applications (especially probate) and support timely issuance of grants.
  • Manage weekly hearing, case conference, and fixture lists.
  • Liaise with Judicial Officers and follow up on applications as required.
  • Inform relevant parties of upcoming court sessions via appropriate channels.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in legal, administrative, or court support roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently under pressure and within a team.
  • Comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
