Overview

We are looking for an IT Support Executive to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of our office IT systems, hardware, software, and networks. This role is ideal for someone proactive, customer-focused, and eager to grow in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and resolve user issues to maximize productivity
  • Maintain IT equipment (laptops, mobiles, AV systems), ensuring patching and compliance
  • Prevent outages and minimize disruptions by proactively monitoring systems
  • Support events with general AV and IT setup
  • Drive the adoption of Google Workspace and cloud-based tools
  • Assist with IT onboarding, software/hardware configuration, and vendor coordination
  • Work with internal teams (Infrastructure, Security, Groupware) to troubleshoot and resolve issues

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 1–2 years' experience in IT support or operations
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Good knowledge of hardware, software, and applications
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Proactive and committed to completing projects effectively
