Job Summary

  • 1 year contract
  • Working Hours: Mon to Thurs: 8.30 to 6pm, Fri 5.30pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform onsite counter duty and follow up with telephone call ticket enquiries on application and court related processes.

  • Assist self-represented court users (public) in Probate, Mental Capacity Act or Adoption applications.

  • Process court orders or other tasks assigned within the Court's stipulated timelines.

  • Process large number of applications filed via eLitigation system (probate work items) daily and support issuance of grants within timelines.

  • Manage fixture and hearing/case conference list effectively on a weekly basis.
  • Seek directions from Judicial Officers and follow up with applications within timelines.
  • Inform relevant parties timely on upcoming court sessions via the relevant channels

Requirement

  • Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Possess good writing and communications skills

  • Able to work under pressure independently as well as in a team

  • Able to interact with stakeholders across all levels within the organisation
