As an Assistant Manager, Orthopaedic Surgery (Clinical Coordinator), you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Uphold all required clinical research regulations and national guidelines.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of assigned study protocols and registry requirements.
  • Prepare ethics submissions and handle updates or amendments when needed.
  • Review eligibility criteria with the registry lead and support patient recruitment.
  • Brief patients on data-collection objectives and obtain informed consent.
  • Track participant outcomes, postoperative follow-ups, and timelines to ensure accurate, timely data capture.
  • Organise and prepare study data for clinicians' research needs.
  • Verify that assessments and registry entries are complete, precise, and aligned with source documentation.
  • Manage essential records, including approvals, correspondence, and patient tracking logs.
  • Produce monthly reports and performance indicators for supervising clinicians.
  • Work closely with various healthcare teams to enhance patient experience and clinical results.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences or SNB registered with Diploma/Post-basic qualification in Medical/ Surgical Nursing
  • Experience in patient care is an advantage
