HR Executive / Senior

Job Responsibilities:

• Prior experience in HR operations and knowledge of best practices;
• Good understanding of full cycle hiring process;
• Familiarity and keeping abreast with current employment rules and regulations;
• Good knowledge and hands-on experience in managing group insurance schemes;
• Practical experience in the field of compensations and benefits;
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills;
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills and ability to work with large sets of data (strong in Excel);
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Mature, responsible and possess initiative;
• High attention to details, with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource or related discipline;
• At least 3 years in C&B / payroll experience;
• Proven skills in planning and organizing, communications, teamwork, creativity and innovations are necessary;
• Excellent interpersonal, writing, communication and computer skills;
• Requires strategic thinking and the ability to identify trends and emerging issues in HR / C&B developments.
