HR Executive / Senior
Job Responsibilities:
- Prior experience in HR operations and knowledge of best practices;
- Good understanding of full cycle hiring process;
- Familiarity and keeping abreast with current employment rules and regulations;
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience in managing group insurance schemes;
- Practical experience in the field of compensations and benefits;
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills;
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills and ability to work with large sets of data (strong in Excel);
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Mature, responsible and possess initiative;
- High attention to details, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource or related discipline;
- At least 3 years in C&B / payroll experience;
- Proven skills in planning and organizing, communications, teamwork, creativity and innovations are necessary;
- Excellent interpersonal, writing, communication and computer skills;
- Requires strategic thinking and the ability to identify trends and emerging issues in HR / C&B developments.
