We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Talent Attraction Executive to join our team. This role is key to driving employee engagement and internship programs across Great Eastern, supporting all corporate-level engagement programs and initiatives.   • Plan, lead and manage company wider employee engagement programs and events (eg. LIFE programme)
  • Support/Organise and run workplace activities and initiatives to support our employee's wellbeing and foster a positive work culture, embracing the company's core values.
  • Manage and execute on the full recruitment life cycle for interns, from job posting, reviewing resumes to closing candidates, as well as on/off-boarding.
  • Support all campus outreach strategies and internship programme to engage and maintain relationships with current and former interns.
  • Partner with external vendors and sponsors to generate innovative ideas, enhance and run engagement experiences.
  • Prepare communication materials to support clarity and employee engagement.

  • Support in analysing of data to draw insights on programme effectiveness and facilitate continuous improvement

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resource Management, or related field with 2 years of relevant experience

  • A genuine interest in employee wellbeing and development, with a desire to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Experience in employee engagement or events management is a plus.
  • Driven, self-motivated, adaptable, and a team player who takes initiative and ownership of their work, ensuring smooth execution of events and programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to leverage technology for event planning and learning delivery.
