  • Oversee and execute the end-to-end recruitment process, from talent sourcing to onboarding, ensuring compliance with best practices and organizational standards.
  • Drive and manage high-volume recruitment campaigns, efficiently handling multiple requisitions and ensuring timely fulfilment of staffing requirements.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department leaders to assess workforce needs, define candidate profiles, and develop clear job specifications tailored to organizational goals.
  • Design, implement, and continuously refine sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of active and passive candidates utilizing various platforms, including job boards, professional networks, and social media channels.
  • Effectively manage recruitment for a comprehensive range of positions, with expertise in blue-collar and frontline workforce segments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date job postings across relevant job boards, company career pages, and social media to maximize talent visibility and engagement.
  • Support and contribute to employer branding initiatives, ensuring the company maintains a strong and attractive presence within the talent marketplace.
  • Partner with HR operations to ensure seamless pre-boarding and onboarding experiences for new hires, enabling a positive transition into the organization.
  • In-charge of enhancing candidate experience through onboarding
  • Represent the organization at virtual career fairs, online recruiting events, and other external talent outreach programs to proactively expand the company's talent network

  • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Job Requirements and skills

  • Proven relevant HR experience, preferably in F&B, Retail or Hospitality industry
  • Knowledge of Singapore Employment Law is a plus
  • Detailed-oriented and comfortable with numbers
  • Excellent written communication
  • Comfortable in a fast pace working environment
  • Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
  • Diploma in Human Resources or related field
