Senior Executive – Talent Attraction & Development
  • Location: Alexandra Rd
  • Salary: $2,580–$2,800/month
  • Contract duration: 6-Months (Potential extension for an additional 6 months)

This role is to support the Deputy Director in implementing programmes and initiatives related to talent development, training, and employee well-being.

Key Responsibilities

Scholarship & Internship Administration

  • Support undergraduate scholarship schemes, including arranging assessment interviews, preparing appointment letters, and processing allowances, tuition fees, and claims accurately and on time.
  • Manage the end-to-end internship process, from hiring and onboarding to payment and exit formalities.

Training Administration

  • Administer training courses, including milestone, onboarding, and in-service sponsorship programmes.
  • Process training invoices accurately and promptly.

Employee Well-Being

  • Assist in planning and executing well-being programmes.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for logistics, venue booking, registration, and event preparation.
  • Ensure timely vendor payments and maintain proper accounting records.

Other Duties

  • Support business partners for officers on secondment, including maintaining e-files.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, such as performance ranking sessions.
Requirements
  • Strong team player with excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in training/recruitment support or events management is an advantage.
