Associate/Senior Associate

This is a 6 months temporary position.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Industry Engagement & Stakeholder Support

  • Assist in coordinating and scheduling meetings with industry partners related to Design and AI initiatives.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the team in managing communications and maintaining records of engagements.

2. Programme Administration (SCTP and Others)

  • Support the creation, setting up and onboarding of new SCTP programmes, including document preparation, coordination with industry partners, and internal liaison.
  • Track programme timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Maintain and update programme documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes.

3. Team & Operational Support

  • Manage scheduling, logistics, and documentation related to both internal and external meetings or events.
  • Assist in planning and executing team-level events, industry engagement sessions, and briefing workshops.
  • Provide support in managing operational continuity during staff leave periods, including light project management tasks.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Communications, Education, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in programme coordination, education administration, or stakeholder engagement preferred.
  • Comfortable engaging with industry partners and external stakeholders, able to represent the team professionally in meetings and communications.
  • Interest in or basic familiarity with the Continuing Education and Training (CET) ecosystem (e.g. SkillsFuture, SCTP programmes) is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office
