Online Promotion Set-up and Execution

  • Responsible for the online promotions' execution for Shilla Travel Retail and Victoria's Secret
  • Manage the monthly promotions, in collaboration with the E-Commerce, cross-functional, Brands, and iShopChangi teams.
  • Set-up and manage campaigns on SAP, ensure the accuracy of product details, images and text copies.
  • Liaise with stakeholders for on-time delivery of the campaign assets; ensure the text copies, images and specifications are accurate and follow the platform's guidelines.
  • Monitor the website daily to ensure the promotions are listed and removed on time.
  • Track and consolidate the promotions' performance monthly.
  • Manage the Gift-with-Purchase (GWP) inventory and coordinate delivery with logistics and operations.Maintain the promotions calendar and share updates weekly.
  • Support urgent campaign queries outside office hours when needed.

Operational Excellence

  • Identify workflow improvements to enhance onsite execution.
  • Troubleshoot daily operational issues with iShopChangi.

Shilla E-commerce

  • Maintain Shilla-owned E-commerce site and sale campaigns when needed.
  • Any other duties as per assigned

Requirement:

·       Diploma or Degree in Business or related field.

·       Minimum 1 year of experience in E-commerce/online marketplaces

·       Proficient in E-commerce systems and Microsoft Office; SAP and Adobe Photoshop will be a plus.

·       Strong command of English and Simplified Chinese (reading).

·       Detail-orientated with strong organizational and time management skills.

·       Effective communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders.

·       Adaptable to fast-paced environment and last-minute campaign adjustments.

·       Curiosity in beauty, digital and consumer trends is an advantage.
