**Roles & Responsibilities**

The Talent Support Executive is responsible for supporting the Talent Support, Assistant Manager and Retail Managers in all retail operations administrative duties and coordination.

**Job Duties & Responsibilities**
- Manage terminal Rostering with the Talent Support, Assistant Manager (Operations)
- Organize, compile and update staff movements across terminals or new hire information in their new brands and locations
- Organise and prepare all retail staff orientation, on-boarding and necessary procedures or approvals
- Juggle day-to-day administrative duties, such as providing information or responding to queries on talent-operation issues such as roster/shifts/operation guidelines
- Assist and partner Retail Managers in any operations talent-related activities (recruitment drives, staff engagement activities etc.)
- Assist the Talent Support, Assistant Manager in being the key point of control, ensuring manpower optimization across the all terminals. i.e transfer of staff when there are MCs, rescheduling trainings to ensure coverage is sufficient
- Be the key bridge between the sales operation team and corporate office departments (HR, Marketing.) for day to day queries and workflow process.
- Ensure and reinforce consistent practice for sales operation administrative processes across all terminals
- Prepare monthly operation reports - Sales Reports, Commission and Incentives reports

**Key Requirements & Competencies**
- Diploma in Business Administration or related fields of studies
- Minimally 2-3 years of experience in Travel Retail, preferably in a leadership capacity
- Excellent understanding of the Travel Retail industry with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office essential, with strong excel skills in data compilation and formulation e.g. pivot table, V-Lookup functions
- Good with numbers, detail-orientated, meticulous
- Excellent communication, organisational and follow-up skills
- Able to work both independently and in a team
- Dependable, pro-active with a can-do attitude
