About the role

Aerospace Component Engineering Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking a talented Accounts & Admin Assistant / Executive to join our team in the Changi North Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and accounting support to our organisation, playing a crucial part in ensuring the efficient day-to-day operations of our company.

What you'll be doing

Supporting day-to-day Management and Organizational needs

Provide administrative support to the General Manager/Directors.

Management Meeting minutes taking

Collate and compile Board of Directors' Meeting Schedules and presentation material

Reception – Handle phone calls, visitors, meeting room, incoming/outgoing letters and couriers

Make travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transfers, cars) and visa application/renewal

Administrator for Company Social Media

In-charge of Office supplies

Accounting functions

Assist Finance to process invoices (AP and AR)

Download bank audit trail reports

Assist Finance on administrative tasks (filing, Docusign, update Permit File, submitting Utilities Data, etc.)

Other Assignments

Ad-hoc assignments as needed based on business exigencies.

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or accounting role
  2. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Accounting software
  3. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to priorities tasks and work efficiently
  4. Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate financial and administrative records
  5. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with colleagues at all levels
  6. A team-player attitude and the willingness to take on a variety of tasks as needed
