Roles & Responsibilities
- Support management and oversee finance and accounting activities; leading finance team on daily operations and accounting tasks.
- Prepare and ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reports.
- Analyse financial data and identify trends and potential risks.
- Ensure compliance in financial statements, tax filings and statutory reporting requirements.
- Liaise with management and external parties such as auditors, tax agents, stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
- Create and monitor cash flow, manage budgets while forecasting financial performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure alignment with relevant standards and organizational goals.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Job Requirement:
- Polytechnic Diploma or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in similar role.
- Familiarity with construction licenses and compliance regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills.
