Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Review transformer specifications and customer RFQs to develop tailored offers for On-Load Tap Changer and related solutions.
  • Prepare commercial and technical proposals, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and company's standards.
  • Support the Account Manager in handling customer enquiries related to after-sales services, including maintenance offers, upgrades, replacements, spare parts, and training.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to validate technical configurations and delivery timelines.
  • Ensure offers are timely, accurate, and reflect Company's value proposition in terms of technology, serviceability, and lifecycle benefits.
  • Maintain and manage the proposal database, ensuring traceability and version control.

. Work in tandem with the Account Manager to follow up on open RFQs, update opportunity status, and assess proposal competitiveness.

. Support regional sales efforts by maintaining price lists, offer templates, and other key sales tools.

. Provide timely responses to customer clarifications, technical queries, and commercial adjustments during the negotiation phase.

. Coordinate post-delivery support for OLTCs by working closely with the HQ, Indonesia factory, and logistics team.

. Assist the Marketing Manager in preparing product brochures, datasheets, case studies, presentations, success stories and application notes.

. Coordinate logistics and materials for technical exhibitions, trade shows, and industry seminars.

. Support Lunch & Learn sessions, customer training events, and marketing campaigns with relevant technical content.

. Maintain a library of marketing assets and ensure documentation is current, localized (if needed), and professionally presented.

Requirements

. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related technical discipline.

. Minimum 3-5 years experience in proposal engineering, technical sales support, or applications engineering-preferably in transformer, OLTC or power equipment industries.

. Familiarity with OLTCs, transformer components, or monitoring systems is strongly preferred.
