Job Responsibilities

1. Hirers Acquisition

  • Identify and target potential clients and perform sales activities effectively to reach target clients (including private-hire drivers, relief drivers, short-term drivers and competitors).
  • Follow-up on sales leads diligently to increase recruitment performance.
  • Identify and explore untapped markets and opportunities

2. Sales Process

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive recruitment presentations
  • Negotiate contracts to ensure attractiveness for hirers
  • Ensure timely registration of sales and follow-up with hirers
  • Perform registrations process for non-hirers, and in the process, attract them to be hirers

3. Hirers Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with existing clients
  • Address hirers' concern and resolve issues promptly
  • Provide excellent customer service

4. Sales Reporting and Analysis

  • Track sales performance and generate regular reports
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Upgrade skills to improve sales performance
  • Administrative and Other Duties: Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as scheduling meeting and organizing events

Job Requirements

  • Strong Sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with hirers
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • A Valid Taxi Vocational License preferred
