**Your role**:

- Respond to any reported accident, identifying the cause, and initiating the investigation process
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, i.e. customer relationship managers, to ensure hirers are given the guidance throughout the accident process
- Manage and prepare the logging of all accidents reports and documentations to ensure smooth resolutions with counterparts
- Collaborate with the accident management team to ensure that all protocols are diligently followed
- Work closely with external stakeholders including workshops, insurance companies and other counterparts
- Manage and monitor the movements of vehicles from vendors including dealers, workshops and hirers

**Must-Haves**:

- Excellent problem solving, analytical, and time management skills
- Detailed oriented and meticulous
- Strong customer service and communication skill to liaise with stakeholders
- Must be able to work the hours that the job demands
- Knowledge of vehicle accident & insurance procedures will be an advantage
- Possess Singapore Class 3 or 3A driving license and with good driving record will be an advantage
