Based in Singapore, Lumens Group is a family of brands offering an ecosystem of services around cars. Our story began as a private hire car leasing company to address the needs of the new sharing economy led by Uber and Grab. Our core business has been leasing to ride hailing drivers and we grew our car fleet to one of the largest in Singapore in under 8 years. During this time, we have expanded our services to personal & corporate vehicle leasing, vehicle purchasing and financing.

Emerging strong from the Covid-19 period, Lumens is building for an exciting new era that brings in a wide range of merchants and individual consumers to our ecosystem. By owning a critical mass of vehicles and driver relationships, we are able to innovate on vehicle setup, driver upskilling & deployment, as well as technology and data capabilities to build mobility platform services that impact our everyday lives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support creative conceptualization and media planning, including tactical campaigns and launch campaigns and social media management for all areas.
- Oversee website maintenance and update the website regularly. Develop marketing strategies and marketing tools and media planning in-line with sales tactical offerings and sales objectives.
- Work closely with the Creative Lead to formulate marketing plans for Lumens and its affiliated companies.
- Coordinate promotional and advertising activities, implement marketing and communication plans for the company.
- Maintain and track campaign budget.
- Managing campaigns on social media.
- Track and monitor campaign or event results and outcome and provide analysis and recommendation of new media alternatives in keeping with the market trends.
- Help the team acquire partnerships that will enhance the company’s marketing effort.
- Support and perform tasks assigned by Marketing Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Possesses at least a Diploma or Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, strong desire to deliver results.
- Excellent communication & written skills.
- Good interpersonal skills & a team-player.
- Independent, self-disciplined, resourceful, positive disposition and responsible.
- Creative and innovative.
- Knowledge in digital marketing and content writing will be an added advantage but not compulsory.

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
