If you thrive in an environment that values disruptive thinking and innovative problem-solving, and would love to do purposeful work that can impact the community, join us in our mission to help drivers lead better lives **The Job** The key responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Specialist are to ensure Lumens attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline. **Responsibilities** - Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment activities for the hiring of all positions including Sales and Tech vacancies - Build a consistent talent pipeline for key positions - Ensure a solid cadence of communication with hiring managers and provide a high touch level of partnership - Review ensure selection techniques and recruitment programs are effective - Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements - Design and drive the implementation of Talent Acquisition projects, initiatives and programs - Manage third party relationships with external vendors - Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team **Requirements**: - At least 3- 5 years of recruiting experience in-house or search agencies - Sound knowledge of different interview techniques, evaluation methods and full-cycle recruiting - Creative in exploring new channels of recruitment - Experience with HR databases including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) - Enjoys working in a dynamic and hyper-growth startup environment and not afraid to "roll up your sleeves" to get things done **Benefits** - Competitive remuneration package (Basic Monthly Salary + Performance Bonus) - Medical and Dental coverage - Reputably branded staff café - In house gym and fitness corner - Recreational activities - Exclusive staff petrol discount **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Cell phone reimbursement - Dental insurance - Employee discount - Gym membership - Health insurance - Professional development Schedule: - Day shift Supplemental pay types: - Commission pay - Performance bonus License/Certification: - work pass/Singapore citizenship (preferred)
