About the role

As a Floor Manager at JOB ELITE TT AGENCY', you'll play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our busy hospitality venue in the Changi East Region of Singapore. This full-time position will see you leading a dynamic team to ensure our customers receive exceptional service and a memorable experience every time they visit.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervise and coordinate the front-of-house team, including servers, hosts, and bartenders, to ensure efficient and seamless service delivery
  • Monitor workflow and staff productivity, making adjustments as needed to optimise performance
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and address any concerns or complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Participate in the recruitment, training, and development of front-of-house staff
  • Maintain inventory and ensure appropriate stock levels of key supplies
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of staff schedules and rotas
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations
  • Collaborate with the management team to implement new initiatives and drive continuous improvement

  • Several years of experience in a similar floor management role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to problem-solve effectively
  • Solid understanding of inventory management and cost control procedures
  • Proficient in using relevant hospitality management software and technology
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
