About the role

JADE COMMERCIAL SERVICES' is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Cafe Crew to join our dynamic team in Kulai Johor. As a Cafe Crew, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the high standards that our customers expect. What you'll be doing

  • Providing courteous and attentive service to customers, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable
  • Preparing and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintaining a clean and well-organised work area, including tables, counters, and the general cafe environment
  • Assisting with stock management and inventory control
  • Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Providing exceptional customer service and responding to customer inquiries or concerns
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure the smooth operation of the cafe

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a cafe or restaurant environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
  • A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to provide an exceptional customer experience
