About the role

Join the dynamic team at ELITE TRANSFORM TEAM' as a Floor Operations Manager. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily floor operations at our hospitality venues in the Changi East Region, SG. You will play a key part in ensuring seamless customer experiences and optimising operational efficiency.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and coordinate the floor staff to deliver excellent customer service
  2. Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and health & safety
  3. Analyse and report on key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  4. Assist with rostering, staffing, and training to build a skilled and motivated team
  5. Liaise with other departments to ensure alignment and efficient operations
  6. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
  7. Identify and resolve any customer issues or complaints in a timely manner

What we're looking for

  1. Significant experience in a floor operations or hospitality management role
  2. Strong leadership and team management skills
  3. Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  4. Solid understanding of hospitality industry standards and best practices
  5. Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
  6. Proficient in using relevant operational and reporting tools
  7. Relevant qualifications in hospitality management or a related field
