Job Responsibilities
  • Handle daily accounting tasks including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Prepare invoices, payment vouchers & staff expense claims
  • Support in month-end closing and maintaining proper records
  • Organize and manage filing of documents
  • Provide general admin support – data entry, office supplies, clerical duties
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal staff when needed
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements
  • Minimum NITEC / Diploma in Accounting, Business Admin, or related field
  • No prior experience required – training will be provided
  • Candidates with up to 1 year of experience are also welcome
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
  • Good communication & organizational skills
