Roles & Responsibilities

CLUBHOUSE EXECUTIVE (3+3 months Contract)

(Location : Bukit Batok Clubhouse)

As a Clubhouse Executive in our Clubhouse, you will report to our Director/Senior Assistant Manager, Clubhouse.

What you'll be doing:Assist the Manager in supporting the daily operations and administrative work of the Clubhouse to ensure the smooth operations of the Clubhouse.Handling duties of the Front OfficeAssist in co-ordinate corporate events and handle sales of corporate function roomsAssist in all aspects of Admin & Operational matters for ClubhouseManaging of the contractorsAny other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

We want you, if you have/are:Minimum Diploma with at least 1 years of working experience in Customer Service.Good communication and interpersonal skills.A cheerful personality and willing to go "extra mile" for customers.A mindset to work independently, be resourceful and self-motivated.Proactive with good learning attitude.Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays when requiredStarting salary will commensurate with qualifications and relevant work experience.
