Who We're Looking For
We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven HR Executive with a passion for recruitment to join our growing team. If you enjoy connecting with people, finding the right talent for the right roles, and staying organized, this role is for you.
This position is perfect for someone who wants to specialize in recruitment while still gaining exposure to the full spectrum of HR functions. You'll work closely with the People & Organization (HR) Manager and play a key role in shaping the candidate and employee experience.
What You'll Be Doing
Your primary focus will be on recruitment, but you'll also handle a wide range of HR tasks to support smooth operations:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment (Priority Focus)
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, screening, shortlisting, interviews, and job offers.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and develop sourcing strategies.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers to ensure timely updates.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth start for new hires.
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Conduct employee induction sessions and prepare onboarding documents.
- Coordinate offboarding, including exit interviews and clearance procedures.
Compensation & Benefits
- Support monthly payroll processing and employee claims.
- Submit CPF contributions and tax forms (IR8A, IR21).
- Track and manage attendance and leave records.
Performance & Employee Engagement
- Assist in performance appraisal processes and related communications.
- Help organize staff engagement activities and wellness programs.
HR Administration & Systems
- Maintain and update HRIS platforms and employee records.
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management review.
- Handle MOM-related matters such as work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Process statutory claims (maternity, childcare, NSmen).
Who You Are
- 1–3 years of HR experience, with hands-on recruitment experience preferred.
- Familiar with HRIS platforms and payroll systems (Timesoft or equivalent).
- Passionate about talent acquisition and creating a great candidate experience.
- Meticulous, well-organized, and proactive with excellent follow-through.
- A confident communicator with a professional and approachable attitude.
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
- Open to feedback, growth, and continuous learning.
- Able to start immediately or on short notice is a plus.
