Responsibilities in general are:

- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, employment documents, and timesheets.
- Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures. In this sector, this may involve addressing concerns related to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and industry-specific policies.
- Assist in performance management processes, including conducting performance evaluations and facilitating employee feedback sessions. This helps to ensure that employees are aligned with the organization's strategic goals and are contributing effectively to projects in the petrochemical industry.
- Manage employee benefits administration, including leave management, medical insurance, and employee welfare initiatives.
- Support the HR team in conducting research, preparing reports, and analyzing HR data. This could involve analyzing workforce trends in the petrochemical industry, benchmarking against competitors, and identifying areas for improvement in recruitment and retention strategies.

Requirements are:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Human Resources, preferably within the oil and gas or petrochemical industry.
- Demonstrated understanding of Human Resources principles and strict adherence to safety regulations and industry standards.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and practices, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience in the oil and gas or petrochemical industry, with knowledge of HR processes and compliance in various countries such as Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, etc.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
