Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate architectural design and planning for urban development projects, including residential, mixed-use complexes, industrial parks, and PPP projects.
  • Assist in local market research during the investment planning stage and take responsibility for project product planning, ensuring alignment with market demand and investment objectives.
  • Take direct responsibility for the architectural design management of assigned projects as designated by the company, with hands-on involvement from concept to construction drawings.
  • Manage the entire design process (concept, schematic, and construction drawings), ensuring alignment with project positioning, investment targets, and company standards.
  • Liaise with external design institutes and consultants, lead design bidding and evaluation, and drive design optimization and value engineering.
  • Coordinate multiple disciplines (architecture, landscape, interior, MEP) to ensure integrated design deliverables that meet construction and operation requirements.
  • Support project approvals with authorities, and collaborate with engineering, cost, and marketing teams for cross-functional integration.
  • Contribute to early-stage operation planning and product optimization to enhance long-term asset value.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Architecture or related field; licensed architect is a plus.

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in real estate development or large design institutes, with at least 3 years in design management for developers.

  • Familiar with design processes and standards for mixed-use, residential, and industrial projects, with strong cross-disciplinary coordination experience.
  • Strong capability in design review, quality control, and optimization, balancing function, cost, and aesthetics.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills, with ability to coordinate effectively with external and internal teams.
  • Global perspective and innovative mindset, with knowledge of sustainable, smart, and low-carbon design practices.
