  • Review and manage submission of architectural drawings, shop drawings, and material samples for authority/client approval.
  • Monitor site progress, resolve drawing discrepancies, and ensure compliance with design intent, quality, and schedule.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure architectural works are executed according to approved plans and standards.
  • Prepare reports, track submission status, and update the project manager on architectural matters.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Building, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in architectural coordination within the construction industry.
  • Good knowledge of architectural detailing, building codes, and authority submission requirements.
  • Strong coordination skills to work with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
  • Ability to interpret architectural drawings and resolve site-related design/technical issues effectively.
