Key Responsibilities
As an integral part of our team, you will:
- Review, coordinate, and generate all architectural works, including shop drawings, to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements
- Supervise and inspect architectural works carried out by subcontractors to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
- Coordinate and liaise with consultants, contractors, and other trades to resolve design and technical issues
- Ensure compliance with architectural specifications, local building regulations, safety standards, and quality benchmarks (e.g., BCA CONQUAS, Quality Mark)
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including drawings, material submissions, reports, and site records
- Manage architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, and project supervision
- Participate in project and site meetings, providing updates on architectural progress and coordination matters

What We're Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Building, or related field from a recognized institution
- Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural coordination within A&A / New Build projects
- Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, materials, and construction methodologies
- Familiarity with local building regulations, BCA CONQUAS, and Quality Mark assessment standards
- Strong analytical skills, good organization, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other architectural design software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and clients
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to balance quality and efficiency
