About the role

Right Construction Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Architectural Coordinator to join our team in Singapore. This is a full-time role that will play a crucial part in the successful delivery of our construction projects.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinate and liaise with architects, engineers, and other key stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate implementation of design plans.
  • Review architectural drawings, specifications, and project documents to identify and resolve potential issues.
  • Assist in the preparation of detailed construction documents, including schedules, submissions, and permits.
  • Manage the distribution of architectural information to the construction team and monitor compliance with design requirements.
  • Participate in site inspections and meetings to address any design-related concerns.
  • Support the project management team in the overall coordination and delivery of the construction project.

What we're looking for

  • Degree or diploma in Architecture or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Architectural Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of architectural design principles, construction methods, and project management practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
