- Up to $5,500 + AWS & Bonus - A reputable A1 main contractor with a strong track record in large-scale, complex building projects across both public and private sectors. - 6 days’ work week (Can leave after 2pm on Sat, with no urgent tasks or deadlines to meet - possibly making it 5.5 days) – Centralized site location (Managing one site only) - Attractive welfare benefits - Opportunities for career improvement and skill development Responsibilities -- Assist the Architect in coordinating design details between clients, consultants, and contractors to align architectural designs with project requirements, regulations, and safety standards - Collaborate with project teams to develop architectural designs, schedules, and construction plans - Manage architectural work scheduling, supervise and inspect all architectural work performed by sub-contractors according to specifications / drawings - Review project specifications, tender clarifications, and construction drawings to assist in contract and procurement management - Support the Project Manager in all coordination work of civil, structural, architectural. - Study drawings and coordinate architectural works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues - Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to architectural works Requirements - At least Diploma in Architecture / Building or equivalent - Minimum 3 years of architecture coordination experience in building / construction trade or equivalent KINDLY INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING IN YOUR RESUME: Expected salary Notice period Types/Name of projects involved – such as Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Infrastructure We regret that only shortlisted candidate will be contacted.
