Responsibilities

  • Review Architectural & Structural drawings with approved plans and site conditions to highlight discrepancies;
  • Work out shop drawing / material submission schedule and follow up with the submission / approval process to ensure not delaying site progress;
  • Review and comment on shop drawings and communicate with subcontractors.
  • Coordinate site works & drawings across all trades to avoid clashing and ensure smooth sequencing;
  • Conduct site inspections, implement architectural QAQC plans.
  • Ensure compliance with RI, TOP, CSC requirements;
  • Liaise with consultant team and subcontractors to resolve architectural & structural detailing, technical issues before execution;
  • Track project progress, prepare progress report and assist in verifying subcon progress claims
  • Attending meeting with Clients, Consultants and contractors, record minutes of meeting;
  • Proficient with AutoCAD and able to proceed coordination drawings and amend drawings
  • Liaising with consultants and subcontractors for technical and site matters
  • Oversight management of the work of architectural and civil subcontractors
  • Ensuring that all drawings, instructions, and activities on site are strictly implemented with relevant requirements
  • Prepare works planning and submit all daily /weekly reports as required
  • Assist to prepare the project final account

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess a Degree or Diploma in architecture /structure / M&E/QS / building /Construction Management or relevant qualification of certificates .
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience as architectural or project coordinator
  • Able to lead the sub-contractors to ensure smooth progress of works, high quality    standards and minimal defects.
  • Computer literate and a good team player
  • Fluent in English communication
