This role requires a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, ideal for a data-driven, results-oriented professional who thrives on optimizing Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube campaigns. You will leverage analytics, audience targeting, and daily performance monitoring to maximize ROI for our clients.

Job Summary

As a Senior Paid Media Specialist, you will own the planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing of digital advertising campaigns. Collaborating closely with Account Managers, you will align paid media efforts with client goals and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.

This strategic and execution-focused role requires expertise in campaign management, audience segmentation, bid optimization, and reporting to ensure maximum ad performance and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute high-impact paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube.
  • Implement conversion-focused strategies, including audience segmentation, bid strategies, A/B testing, and remarketing.
  • Manage ad creatives, audience targeting, and budget allocation to optimize performance.
  • Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and new advertising opportunities to keep campaigns competitive.
Campaign Monitoring & Performance Optimization
  • Monitor live campaigns daily, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal performance.
  • Analyze key metrics (CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, Conversion Rate) and apply data-driven optimizations.
  • Refine ad placements, bidding strategies, and audiences for cost efficiency and conversions.
  • Continuously test and improve ad copy, creatives, and landing pages.
Reporting & Collaboration with Account Managers
  • Generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Provide regular updates to Account Managers for client discussions.
  • Coordinate with SEO and Content teams to align strategies.
Industry Research & Continuous Improvement
  • Keep abreast of emerging trends, ad formats, and platform updates.
  • Experiment with new paid media strategies for scalability and efficiency.
  • Identify cross-channel marketing opportunities to boost overall digital performance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns in a digital agency.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads.
  • Proficiency in campaign execution, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are preferred.
