EHPlabs is seeking a creative, data-driven Marketing Specialist to lead Brand Amplification initiatives across TikTok. This person will sit at the intersection of content, community, and creator marketing—building viral moments, accelerating influencer content through paid amplification, and crafting disruptive digital campaigns.
About the Role:
You'll be the go-to expert on TikTok growth, responsible for making EHPlabs and OxyShred Energy culturally relevant and always-on in the feed. From ideation through execution, you'll develop strategies that resonate, spark engagement, and create meaningful connections between our brand and millions of fans worldwide.
Responsibilities:
TikTok & Content Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive TikTok-first content strategy that aligns with EHPlabs' brand values and goals.
- Conduct ongoing competitor research and trend analysis to stay ahead of the curve. Ideate, storyboard, and direct native TikTok content that drives impressions, engagement, and shareability.
- Work closely with the influencer and social teams to boost high-performing UGC and creator content via TikTok Spark Ads and IG Paid Partnership tools.
- Identify top-performing influencer content weekly and implement amplification strategies across TikTok and Instagram.
- Brief influencer partners on content needs, trends, and brand messaging to ensure seamless execution.
- Build and manage integrated TikTok-led social campaigns, including gamified challenges, product launches, and community-first activations.
- Cultivate and grow a diverse TikTok community, with an emphasis on authentic creator partnerships and consumer engagement.
- Track, analyze, and report on TikTok content and ad performance using platform and third-party analytics tools.
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to optimize future performance and campaign results.
- Work hand-in-hand with the Social Media Manager, Creative Producer, and Athlete & Partnerships team to execute a cohesive content calendar across platforms.
About you:
- 2–4 years experience in digital marketing, influencer marketing, or social media strategy with a focus on TikTok.
- A deep understanding of TikTok's platform, algorithm, trends, and creator economy.
- Hands-on experience with TikTok Spark Ads and IG Paid Partnership boosting. Strong creative direction skills: you know how to brief creators, ideate hooks, and drive results.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
