Club Concierge Executive

Central Region, Singapore GMP Group HQ Full time $40,000 - $80,000 per year

Job Description:

  • Handle new membership applications, update member records, and ensure compliance with club policies while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Communicate regularly with members about policies, events, and promotions through newsletters and targeted messages.
  • Assist with special member requests including reservations, private events, and personalized recommendations.
  • Manage payments, track financial records, and resolve member concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Oversee bookings for dining, events, and facilities, maintain accurate records, and ensure high service standards at the concierge desk and all service areas.

Requirement:

  • With more than 2+ years' experience in hospitality, travel, or customer service.
  • Independent, proactive team player with strong people skills and multitasking ability; luxury lifestyle knowledge is a plus.

Additional Information:

  • Up to $4500
  • Located near Telok Ayer or Raffles Place MRT Station.
  • Able to work on PH and Weekend
