Core Responsibilities

  • Event Planning & Execution:

Conceptualize, plan, and manage the delivery of food and beverage services for private dining and events.
- Budgeting & Financial Management:

Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring they align with revenue and profitability goals.
- Staff & Vendor Management:

Lead, train, and supervise F&B staff, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely and high-quality supply of services.
- Quality Assurance:

Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and service throughout every event.
- Client Relations:

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and tailor events to their preferences and requirements.
- Logistics & Operations:

Oversee event setup, including space management, logistics, and inventory control.
