Product Operations Associate

The project management and delivery team ensures the success of delivering high quality product offerings all across our platforms. We work with various stakeholders to tackle blockers, manage the timeline and enhance the existing workflow and tools to acheive release efficiency across all products launch.

Role summary

We are seeking a Product Operations Associate to manage 's product offerings.This pivotal role offers an exceptional opportunity to gain practical experience in crypto product operations and project coordination, supporting one of the largest finance apps in the world. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational excellence and create a seamless user experience for buying, selling, storing, and utilising Cryptocurrencies. As the number 1 most downloaded Crypto app in many markets globally, your contributions will directly impact millions of users worldwide. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality product offerings across all our platforms.Join our innovative and fast-paced team to drive product excellence and embrace ownership in a dynamic, growth-driven environment.

• Coordinate seamless release and manage timelines for diverse product offerings
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across teams to gather and align requirements for successful delivery
• Execute standard operating procedures (SOPs) with precision and diligence to ensure impeccable implementation of changes
• Identify operational inefficiencies in existing processes and propose innovative solutions to resolve bottlenecks proactively
• Support new product launch and market expansion
• Act as PIC for specific product verticals
• Work with cross-functional teams to define, prioritise and resolve product issues with clarity and focus
• Review escalated issues from customer service and follow up with appropriate stakeholders to ensure timely and effective resolutions
• Weekend/Holiday coverage may be required

• Ability to collaborate effectively with people at all level
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organisation and prioritisation skills
• Strong aptitude for understanding the needs of both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Detail-oriented and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Highly motivated to troubleshoot problems, drive positive change, and take on new challenges proactively
• Adaptive to change and comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Capable of working and making sound decisions independently with critical thinking
• Fast learner with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Knowledge of crypto trading and experience in operations are highly preferred
