Production Operations Associate

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Operations Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our chemical manufacturing plant.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily operations to meet production schedules and quality standards.
- Operate and monitor plant equipment and systems, performing on-site checks to ensure optimal performance.
- Carry out routine sampling of process materials, conduct site inspections, and accurately log operational data as required.
- Perform regular maintenance on production equipment, promptly reporting any abnormalities or malfunctions.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Identify and troubleshoot process issues, escalating to supervisors or maintenance teams as necessary.
Requirements:
- Diploma/NITEC in Chemical Process Technology or related field.
- Working experience in a petrochemical plant is an added advantage.
- Able to work rotating shifts.
