About the role:

Catering and Conference Services Associate

The Catering and Conference Department is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events, from corporate meetings to outside catering functions and weddings. The team's goal is to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery that exceeds guest expectations while achieving hotel sales targets as well as food and beverage costs.

What you will do:

This position provides administrative support to the Director of Catering and Conference Services as directed including all aspects of the division, and supports divisional operations and administration. The incumbent will assist the Catering and Conference Service Managers with the administration of proposals and contracts, Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), maintain event schedules, track bookings, and maintain multiple informational databases. Client engagement and communication are also key components of this role.

What you bring:

• Possess a Diploma or its equivalent
• High level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Good organisational skills, ability to prioritize workload and handle pressure
• Strong interpersonal, customer-focused attitude and communication skills
• Curiosity and interest in the luxury market
• Kindly note that due to work visa restrictions, position is open to Singaporeans only

Schedule & Hours:

This position requires one to work from Mondays to Fridays, 8.30 am to 6.00 pm.
