Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales & Project Executive to support our B2B contract sales. This role combines design sensibility with sales support, making it ideal for candidates with a background in design who enjoy working on client facing projects. You will assist in project execution, product presentations, and merchandising layouts to showcase our solutions to corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Project Manager in preparing proposals, presentations, and layouts for B2B clients.
  • Support client meetings by providing design input and ensuring product selections meet both functional and aesthetic requirements.
  • Contribute to visual displays, showroom arrangements, and project setups that effectively highlight product features.
  • Apply design principles such as balance, proportion, and emphasis to create impactful solutions.
  • Ensure office furniture and related products are displayed in an organized, appealing manner that reflects brand standards. Assist in creating aspirational workplace setups tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with the Brand and Sales teams to integrate branding elements, promotional materials, and product messaging into displays and client-facing presentations.
  • Support the preparation of mood boards, 3D visuals, or layout drawings for projects and showroom updates.
  • Help maintain the showrooms as professional, inspiring spaces that represent the company's design capabilities and product range.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in merchandising, visual design, or interior-related sales
  • Strong design sense with the ability to translate concepts into layouts and presentations.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with project managers, clients, and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, or equivalent) is a plus.

Interest in both design and sales with willingness to learn B2B contract sales processes.
