Responsibilities

Programme & Operational Support (80%)

  • Support project officers in managing fitness wearable tracker distribution operations with external vendors.
  • Liaise with vendors on logistics, stock levels, and escalated operational or customer care issues.
  • Reconcile tracker issuance records, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Track and update statistics (e.g. issuance numbers, appointment data, usage rates) for reporting.
  • Monitor vendor performance, follow up on non-compliance, and support contract/budget matters.
  • Develop and update SOPs/FAQs to improve efficiency and customer experience.
  • Provide coordination and secretariat support for stakeholder meetings.
  • Conduct on-site operational checks or audits when required.

Administrative Support (20%)

  • Handle data entry, record keeping, and general admin duties.
  • Provide support for customer care operations and ad-hoc programme events (e.g. mass distribution of fitness wearables).

Requirements

  • Singaporean only.
  • Experienced in admin/records management would be advantageous.
  • Proficient in Excel would be advantageous.
