About the role

The SGFR Store Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic food distribution and resellers team in the Paya Lebar East Region. As a full-time Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in driving new business development and expanding our customer base within the local food distribution and reseller market.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively identify and qualify new sales leads to expand our reseller/retailer network
  2. Cultivate and manage relationships with existing food distribution and reseller clients
  3. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
  4. Provide excellent customer service and support to all clients
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted sales campaigns
  6. Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and performance data
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis and product knowledge

What we're looking for

  1. 1-3 years of proven sales experience in the food distribution or reseller industry
  2. Strong networking and relationship-building skills with food industry stakeholders
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, both verbal and written
  4. Familiarity with sales processes, CRM tools and data analysis
  5. A natural drive for results and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Enthusiasm for the food industry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
