Responsibility
- Oversee all accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, revenue recognition
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Prepare and publish accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage external and internal audits and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements
- Monitor cash flow and working capital to support AEI funding needs
- Partner with cross-functional teams to track KPIs, drive financial discipline and performance
- Lead periodic reviews and updates of finance-related policies to reflect evolving business needs and compliance requirements
- Ensure consistent policy application across departments and projects, especially in capital expenditure and AEI-related activities
- Conduct ROI analysis for AEI proposals, including scenario planning and sensitivity testing
- Collaborate with leasing and operation teams to evaluate financial viability and payback periods of AEI works
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting with CPA preferred
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in management role with financial management and exposure to capital projects or AEI works
- Strong proficiency in ROI analysis, and policy development
- Familiarity with real estate or infrastructure sectors is a plus
