Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the ELV contractor and Monitoring market.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Conduct regular meetings and site visits to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Sales and Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the ELV contractor and Monitoring market.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Electronic Security Business Unit.
Project Coordination:
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise to ensure timely completion.
- Provide clients with regular updates on project status and milestones.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the ELV contractor and Monitoring market.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand Chubb's market presence.
- Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities.
Customer Support:
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
- Resolve any technical or operational issues in collaboration with the technical team.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development within the electronic security or ELV industry.
- Strong understanding of the ELV contractor market and related technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
